James Norman, Ph.D. Director, Research Programs Dr. James Norman joined the Warner Babcock Institute in 2009. Dr. Norman came to WBI from Stanford University, where he held a joint position in the departments of Pediatric Cardiology and Mechanical Engineering. He was instrumental in many of the research efforts in the University's Bio-X Interdisciplinary Initiative Program, receiving various awards and grants. He has expertise in biotechnology, bioMEMS, tissue engineering, and cellular mechanics. He has eleven publications, including two book chapters. Dr. Norman holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University. |
