Director of Sustainability
Paul Richard joined the Warner Babcock Institute in 2007. From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Richard worked at the Executive Office of Environmental Affairs (EOEA), where he served as the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Director of Technical Assistance and Technology. As Director, Paul expanded technical programs to include cleaner technology, permit mitigation from cleaner design, and water and energy conservation. He has over 25 years of experience in public service, environmental protection, pollution prevention, toxic use reduction, and business relations. Mr. Richard holds a B.S. from Purdue University. He is a two-time recipient of the Kennedy School of Government and Ford Foundation Award for Innovations in State and Local Government.
