Joanna Warner

Joanna Warner joined the WBI team in 2017 and is a team member for the Life Sciences and Materials Sciences departments. Joanna operates the Biosuite and enjoys the role of maintaining cell cultures and performing cell-based biological assays. She is also motivated by the challenges of research in the optimization and performance both ecologically and environmentally for a wide variety of commercial, industrial, and pharmaceutical media. Equipped with a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science with a concentration in Environmental Geosciences, Joanna has expanded her knowledge and skills to include chemistry. In her free time, Joanna enjoys volunteering for environmental cleanups and animal welfare projects as well as exploring the wilderness and the oceans.
